Rest for your Body, Calmness for your Mind. 

In our fast-paced, stressful world, taking time to truly rest is more essential than ever. This class offers a space to really slow down, unwind and recharge. We will usually begin with some gentle, grounding movements to release tension and prepare the body for stillness. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra - a deeply restorative meditation practice known as the “yogic sleep.” While lying down comfortably, you’ll be led through a systematic journey of relaxation designed to calm the nervous system, the mind and restore inner balance.

No experience needed. Just come as you are and deeply relax with me.
