CONTEMPORARY PILATES
Pilates by Imi is a full body workout based on Pilates Principles. Imi starts the class by focusing on technique and breathing, laying a strong foundation for your practice.
The classes incorporate exercises that target and activate your deeper muscles, including select movements designed to create a satisfying burn and elevate your heart rate at key moments. Each class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body, leaving you feeling the best version of yourself. Experience the joy of mindful movement as we work through low-impact dynamic movements using body-weight, small props, and hand weights, all while fostering a deep connection between body and mind. All fitness levels are welcome!
