Strength & Soul Vinyasa
Strengthening, flowing and building heat. Enjoy the present moment together and engage with your body, breath and mind.
Strength & Soul Vinyasa is a 75-minute class that combines dynamic flow with focused strength work to build heat from within.
We begin with an extended warm-up to prepare the body for the main sequence, where strength and stability are challenged through fluid transitions, backbends and inversions. Towards the end, we slow things down to reconnect and create mental clarity.
With my background as a physiotherapist, I place strong emphasis on safe alignment and offer clear guidance throughout the practice. We take time to explore key asanas and develop a deeper awareness of the body.
The class is guided in English.

Breath & Flow Vinyasa
Breathe deeply, move mindfully and reconnect with yourself.
BREATH & flow is a 75-minute class that blends guided breathwork with dynamic yoga to create space, strength and presence.
We connect to the breath, allowing the nervous system to settle before gradually building warmth through flowing movement. Breath and movement become one as we explore a thoughtfully designed sequence that challenges the body with pace while creating calm and clarity within. Followed by a short breathwork session we fully integrate the experience by slowing down and giving ourselves time.
Every class follows a different theme and is designed to feel like a personal journey rather than a standard yoga class. Expect individual guidance, mindful alignment and a welcoming space where you can reconnect with your body, mind and soul.
The class is guided in German or English.

Move & Stay Vinyasa
Step into a space where the rhythm of Vinyasa meets inner exploration. This class bridges movement mechanics with the spiritual depth of yoga, proving that body strength and mindfulness are deeply intertwined.
Reflecting its name, Move & Stay follows an intentional rhythm. We shift between dynamic sequences where we move in sync with the breath, and powerful moments of stasis where we ground ourselves through functional isometric holds.
This active and creative practice builds deep body awareness and prepares you for more complex peak asanas, offering modifications for all levels. Together, we learn to stay with both comfort and discomfort to land closer to your true self.
Finally, we shift from the physical to the inner world. In Savasana, we practice Pratyāhāra, withdrawing the senses to nourish your prana (lifeforce) and surrender into total stillness.
75 min. English. All levels welcome.

VINYASA YOGA
Welcome to Napo's Vinyasa Yoga class.
Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced Yogis.
We kick off with a calm introduction—meditation and pranayama—inviting you to delve deeper into your Atman, your inner self.
Following a gentle warm-up with slow movements, we gradually elevate the energy, harmonizing breath with motion. It's a journey that will make you sweat for sure, pushing your limits with dynamic flows, strengthening your core and perhaps exploring inversions or other advanced Asanas. (And if you don’t feel like, slow down and go to your Child’s Pose, as this is always a perfectly fine option.)
As we ease into the cool-down, the pace gently descends, guiding you from the yoga high. The grand finale? A blissful Shavasana, where you relax, recharge, and absorb the rewards of your practice.
Namaste.

Mindful Vinyasa
We begin by arriving in stillness, with a gentle meditation and conscious breathing, inviting you to connect with the present moment and your inner self.
My classes are inspired by the five elements from Chinese medicine—earth, water, fire, metal, and wood. Each element carries its own energy and quality that we weave into the practice: grounding and nourishment, fluidity and depth, warmth and activation, clarity and structure, growth and expansion.
From this space, we move into a mindful flow, where breath and movement merge into one continuous rhythm. The practice is gentle yet intentional, inviting you to explore your body with awareness—building strength and flexibility while connecting mind, body, and spirit.
Then we transition into a few longer-held yin poses—inviting you to soften deeper, release tension, and create space within the body.
As we gradually slow down, we release the body and soften the mind, closing with a nourishing Shavasana to rest, integrate, and simply be.
This class is open to all levels—whether you are just beginning or deepening your practice.
