Welcome to Napo's Vinyasa Yoga class.
Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced Yogis.
We kick off with a calm introduction—meditation and pranayama—inviting you to delve deeper into your Atman, your inner self.
Following a gentle warm-up with slow movements, we gradually elevate the energy, harmonizing breath with motion. It's a journey that will make you sweat for sure, pushing your limits with dynamic flows, strengthening your core and perhaps exploring inversions or other advanced Asanas. (And if you don’t feel like, slow down and go to your Child’s Pose, as this is always a perfectly fine option.)
As we ease into the cool-down, the pace gently descends, guiding you from the yoga high. The grand finale? A blissful Shavasana, where you relax, recharge, and absorb the rewards of your practice.

YOGA SYNC is a music-driven vinyasa experience that invites you to move, breathe, and feel — in sync with yourself and the sound. Set to carefully curated beats, this dynamic flow class guides you through an immersive journey: from grounding stillness, through energetic peaks, and back into deep rest.
Each session follows a musical arc — like a waveform — starting slow, building intensity, and gradually softening into stillness. As the tempo shifts, so does the rhythm of your movement and breath. You’ll stretch, sweat, and surrender — fully in sync with the music, your body, and your mind.
This is not just yoga with background music. It’s a sensory practice where every beat is intentional, every sequence flowswith the sound, and every breath brings you deeper into the present moment.

This morning Vinyasa class with Sabrina invites you to leave the week behind and come back to yourself.
The focus is on a calm, flowing yoga style that combines breath and movement and gently brings you back to your center. Each month has a new theme or intention that can accompany you on your path - as inspiration, as a reminder, as an invitation to focus on yourself.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while: Here you can simply be yourself. Feel.
