SPIRIT YOGA Lunchtime Reset 

Step into your midday sanctuary! 

In this class you can expect to be invited to spend time connecting deeply with your inner knowing and heart space, beginning with meditation to set the foundation for your journey on your mat. Through the asana, transitions and pauses, a deep connection to breath and holding a heartfelt intention, your body unwinds, your mind clears and your Spirit is remembered, leaving you feeling lighter, softer and grounded in your true essence.

Each class is intuitive and varied yet always rooted in the practice of moving from the heart. 

This class is suitable for all levels and guided in English.

SPIRIT YOGA
The Afterglow Class 

Welcome to the unique SpiritYoga AfterGlow:
a space where we linger in the magic after practice. 

This offering begins with a 70-minute SpiritYoga practice, including hands-on adjustments and a restful savasana. After the practice, in the AfterGlow, we open 20 minutes for shared reflection, gentle conversation, and exploration of your experience or simply quiet time to bask in just being, if you prefer stillness.

The intention of this class is to soften the usual “rush out the door” yoga culture and rather harness this AfterGlow essence by creating room to integrate, to connect, and to build a heart-led community. If you have questions or are curious about your practice, want to deepen your understanding, or long to meet like-minded humans, this space welcomes you. Together, shaping a softer, embodied way of a living Yoga.

VINYASA YOGA

Welcome to Napo's Vinyasa Yoga class.

Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced Yogis.

We kick off with a calm introduction—meditation and pranayama—inviting you to delve deeper into your Atman, your inner self.

Following a gentle warm-up with slow movements, we gradually elevate the energy, harmonizing breath with motion. It's a journey that will make you sweat for sure, pushing your limits with dynamic flows, strengthening your core and perhaps exploring inversions or other advanced Asanas. (And if you don’t feel like, slow down and go to your Child’s Pose, as this is always a perfectly fine option.)

As we ease into the cool-down, the pace gently descends, guiding you from the yoga high. The grand finale? A blissful Shavasana, where you relax, recharge, and absorb the rewards of your practice.

YOGA SYNC is a music-driven vinyasa experience that invites you to move, breathe, and feel — in sync with yourself and the sound. Set to carefully curated beats, this dynamic flow class guides you through an immersive journey: from grounding stillness, through energetic peaks, and back into deep rest.

Each session follows a musical arc — like a waveform — starting slow, building intensity, and gradually softening into stillness. As the tempo shifts, so does the rhythm of your movement and breath. You’ll stretch, sweat, and surrender — fully in sync with the music, your body, and your mind.

This is not just yoga with background music. It’s a sensory practice where every beat is intentional, every sequence flowswith the sound, and every breath brings you deeper into the present moment.
