HATHA TO YIN YOGA

90-minutes to explore your body and mind with Recha. This yoga class combines Hatha and Yin yoga. We start with 60 minutes of Hatha yoga, focusing on building strength and flexibility with standing and seated poses. Then, we transition into a 30-minute Yin yoga practice. Yin yoga involves holding poses for several minutes at a time, with the goal of stretching the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as the ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
Throughout the class, I emphasise on the importance of listening to your body and working at your own pace. Modifications and variations will be offered to make the practice accessible to all levels of experience. By the end of the class, you'll feel rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to face whatever challenges your week may bring.

DYNAMIC HATHA YOGA

DYNAMIC. PLAYFUL. GROUNDING.

Connect with your strength and find your center. Sina guides you through a 90-minute journey of meditation, pranayama, powerful poses, and mobility work. The combination of longer-held poses and dynamic elements allows us to achieve precise alignment and listen more closely to what is happening within us. With a playful approach, we also explore more challenging poses. After the more fiery part, we end with a sequence of restorative poses and finish the class with a “premium savasana,” as one of Sina's students calls it.

Modifications are offered throughout, making this journey accessible for all levels.

YIN YOGA

Sundays are YinDays

The perfect end to a weekend or a long week. In this class you can expect to drop deep into each pose while fully supported by props, soft lighting, gentle music and an invitation to surrender to what is. Yin yoga is a gift to your nervous system, by slowing down to feel and breathe.

The practice of Yin yoga is unique in that we spend time in the poses, which are grounding, and allowing for deepening into the connective tissue which holds old energy and tension.

In this 90 minute class you will move from tension to softening, from doing to being, where you can gently make your way home feeling deeply relaxed and ready for the week ahead.
